I contacted the customer service folks at Fireplaces Direct to obtain advice on the type and size of gas logs I needed for my new construction home. They were very helpful and ensured that would be I purchasing the proper products, which I did. Thank you Fireplaces Direct!

Fireplaces was great, almost felt too good to be true! We placed the order and had our fireplace within a week, smooth delivery and everything was just as described. We haven't gotten to hook it up yet though -- soon I hope!
