Made the purchase with a credit card by mistake; I had meant to use a gift card. Customer Service promptly canceled the order and re-entered it on my behalf using the gift card. Nice dealing with actual people!

While searching for decent towels, I ran across this laundry detergent, read the reviews and decided to try it. It is what many have said. Great detergent, that makes a very noticeable difference in the way everything feels, not just towels. The fragrance is subtle so there is none of that feeling like you're some flowers walking down the street. Good stuff and will continue to use the product
