Got the filters I needed and support staff was very helpful.

Purchased set of three filters end of March. The package looked fine, didn't open the wrapping. Installed filters in June after family is away on vacation. One filter had a crack when unwrapping. Customer Service replaced the filter! Recommend ordering directly through Filterway than a third party from Amazon.

Every thing worked out. Just wish Filterway would ship via USPS Priorty Mail to St. Croix, USVI. Same rates and service as in the lower 48. Regards, David M.(Mike) Rogers

I would buy with confidence. I bought a 2 water filter pack that i reliably felt was correct for our GE fridge. I notified customer service and advised i tried both filters and they didnt work. The filters looked like the others i’ve had. Point is they refunded my purchase. I would try them again.
