Despite a bit longer shipping time than what other companies these days are able to achieve, and aa slightly damaged product, Fellow was prompt to provide a solution or an agreement to solve the situation. But if shipping had been faster, I would have returned the product and waited for an intact one, so I had to settle with the discount option. Thnks for the great service and products!
