Quality product with a warran

The lid of my fellow travel mug was not closing properly so I contacted Fellow for options, they responded promptly and sent me a new lid which works perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience!

The Chatbot was fun to use and the staff was friendly and helpful. Keep it up!

This machine really brings out the best in freshly ground coffee. I’ve previously had drip filter machines, and espresso and french press, but never had anything that brought out the well-rounded taste of coffee like this does. It’s turned me from a mostly tea drinker to a coffee lover!

I had a legitimate reason to ask for support for an Fellow product that was not performing as I expected. The unquestionable support by Fellow and their Australian reseller was outstanding.
