Great machine all the way around!

Ok, I have sat on this review for a month since I received my machine to be fair in my assessment. I can say without question that, my Fellow Espresso Series 1 has made the best tasting espresso that I’ve had since making it at home. This machine was worth the wait and more. It’s super consistent and can be as simple as you want or down in the details as you would like it to be. The taste and consistency alone made this machine better than my Breville Barista Pro. The ease of use and just the beautiful, modern appearance just put it over the top. In one month, I just can’t say enough about this machine. If you get one, I promise there will be no buyers remorse! Stay caffeinated!!!

It is a really great machine to use. Don’t remove the drip tray until the machine cools down. I’ve had an unexpected purge while the tray was removed

Series 1 is perfection

I love my new Series 1 espresso machine. This is my 4th espresso machine since my first purchase in 2006 of a Rancilio Silvia. Once I got the hang of the machine I dialed in my favorite beans from Applied Arts House Blend: Crosshatch (Medium-Dark Roast). It nails the pull every time that I like a 1:2:5 ratio.
