So far I've bought two for my kids who needed a new duvet and plan to upgrade my husband and I as well as our other kids over time. They are warm, a nice weight and quality, and I love knowing that we don't have to worry about nasty chemicals when we're sleeping. . . especially important for a place where you generally spend 1/3 of your life!

I was concerned about receiving the duvet we ordered as we are remote and delivery is a challenge for most. I was listened to and called back promptly to be advised who would be delivering and when, my purchase arrived as advised, on time.
