When my first shipment arrived broken, it was very easy to upload pictures of the box and damage, and the company reached out to me, and sent a replacement right away. The new glass arrived perfectly, and was a great replacement glass for my curio cabinet which required a heavy duty shelf to hold crystals and stone. I plan to buy from them again soon.
