Reorder the right one we wanted and swapped the one we originally ordered with no problem for the one we really wanted and the order came within a week,very happy, better than lugging salt bags and no need to do anything else for a year when it's time to change filters

Almost everything about the product was spot on. My only issue was that I felt the UV light instructions were incomplete and confusing.
