Great product and well packaged Direct communication with company excellent as tracking did not work

I have purchased materials from Cladding World on two occasions, the first order was shipped and arrived when expected. Unfortunately the second order was mislaid by the courier, it took Matt from Cladding World to track it down and get it sent on to me, The mistake and delay was blamed on Black Friday.
