After purchasing two hose reel carts, a number of watering attachments and the hose repair tool and parts (all excellent high-quality items) a shut-off valve with swivel developed a leak. After notifying Eley, a brand new one arrived within 3 days, and after testing proved to be perfect. The extremely rapid response and action are just another example of the ultimate high quality in products and service that Eley provides.
