I was a bit nervous to order a mattress online, but I am so happy that I did. I've now had the mattress for three months. It is top quality, and it is very comfortable. I ordered the medium firm because I don't like a soft mattress, and it is perfect. Not too firm and not too soft; just right.

Have a 10-year old Queen that I've never had any issues with. When buying a King to replace it, I went through 3 different manufacturers trying to find something expensive that would be worth the price. Ended up returning them all and going back to Eco Terra and it's still the best mattress I've had, even ignoring the price, which is great.

I ordered this mattress because I wanted an environmentally friendly mattress with an affordable price that would ship quickly. I had my parents coming to visit and needed this bed so I could replace my guest bed for them. When it hadn't shipped when they said it would, I contacted customer service. They were experiencing delays, but they did everything they could to expedite the shipping. Thankfully, it shipped when they said it would and arrived without disrupting my parent's visit. I had an Avocado mattress a few years back that I was happy with, but I was looking for something more affordable this time around. So far I'm happy with my purchase. It's comfortable. It might be a touch softer than I would prefer, but it's not too soft. It's definitely on the warm side and I'll be looking for a cooling mattress protector for the summer season.
