This is the best pillow I have ever tried! No neck pain anymore! The best advice I can give you is try it.

Need a little more depth for side sleeping. Need a little different when on back. More thickness for curvature of neck, less where head actually rests.... Overall length is too long for me.... But basically good sleeping on.
