I called and actually hung up as machine came on and didn't leave a message and to my surprise they called me back literally within 5 minutes saying HI were sorry we missed your call and wonder what we can help you with. Live person and answered all my questions on install on specific ceiling and told me about the samples in which I did order so I could see.
