Your staff was very helpful in correcting the error in my order. I only received seven tiles in a box that was supposed to have ten. I had called Lowe's and they were unable to help me and basically never contacted me again. You all were able to send me off the three missing tiles right away.

I was having issues ordering a sample of tiles online. I called and Darian W. worked to get the sample packet that I wanted sent to me.

They didn't have what we needed but very friendly and helpful. I feel like they went out of there way to try and help us. Thank you
