I was very happy to receive the Poufe I ordered. The colour and design was exactly as I expected and I am very happy with it. It was very clear to me that the poufe would not arrive filled but I chose not to purchase the polyester filling as Catherine advised that it would not fill the poufe to firmness I wanted. Overall, I am very satisfied with all aspects of this purchase, good communication, excellent product which I will enjoy for many years in fact I am sure it will outlast Me! Thank You Cush & Co

Really prompt and well-packed

Absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship and quality are stunning and you can really see that they’re made from genuine leather. They add so much warmth and character to the space. Yes, they do have a strong ‘cow’ leather smell when first unpacked, but that’s simply because they’re real leather. I left mine outside for a week to air out and the scent faded naturally. For me, that just confirms the authenticity. So happy with them, highly recommend!
