I will start this off

I will start this off by saying this pillow has - ever so slightly - helped my neck issues. While I still have severe neck pain, the 'locking' or 'stuck' experiences that were happening overnight (radiatingly painful, wake you out of sleep, ouch!) have mostly stopped. It used to happen nightly, sometimes several times a night. Now, every few days only. So that is not nothing, and I am glad for that.
I am a side-sleeper, and I have chronic pain, with nerve and degenerative issues in my neck. And I am not that old. LOL!
The pillow, though, is not as dense as I was expecting, nor as supportive. Because there is a lighter weight memory foam involved, the pillow kind of takes the shape of whatever it's up against - like, if it's leaning against the back of the bed, it gets chonkier at the back. It's not a traditional, old-school pillow that you can fluff. If you do try to reset its shape, there are sections (internally) which feel like they separate, with a lot of empty space, and the pillow doesn't really return to its original state quickly. I feel like if a bit of their down-alternative fill was added to the core of the pillow, they might be on to something with this particular model of pillow. (There's no way to open the pillow to add any fluff. I thought of that. LOL!)
The pillow feels lovely to the touch, and is of great quality. The outer case is very, very slippery though, so pillowcases slide around and bunch up. It's kind of annoying and reminds me of the Hush* pillow, which has the same issue. I strongly recommend a pillow protector to help with this problem. (* Also did not work. )
We own several original Casper pillows, and they were great until they weren't (the standard size, not the king size - the king size separates in the centre and doesn't re-fluff well). As much as I hoped this would be the pillow to truly help me, it's not. As a person on disability income only, it's not great to pay big bucks for a pillow. If it works, it's worth it! But, it's less fun to pay the big bucks out of an extremely limited budget only to not have it not work out as well as hoped. But you can't know until you try. So, dilemma!! (In fairness, purchased during a buy one get one 50% off offer, so it could have been more expensive). And this pillow is in that weird in-between space: it has helped a tiny bit, but not a lot; but that tiny bit is enough to not make the hassle of a return something I am considering.
The search continues.
(Everyone is different and I am sure this is a great pillow for many people. Love the company, and their products, this just wasn't the one for me and my needs. Unfortunately. )
