There was a severe delay in shipping and tried reaching out through many channels but received no response. Such poor service for a good company

Out of the blue the product arrived infront of the unit, no communication, no notification and no tracking. Local representative said will called but almost three days no news.

Deceptive Selling! Absolutely terrible what they do. Their website and social media make it seem like they have a location in malaysia WHICH THEY DONT. If you order it will come from singapore which they are based out of and you will pay just as much as the items in import and tax fees. Shame on them. They should be very clear that they are not in malaysia and are international.
