The overall appearance is very good, I was dissapointed that 100mm loft insulation was inserted into the roof space instead of the High Density Insulation which is on the specification and which I paid for, I do not think this is correct and if I have problems during the winter months I will want remedial repairs to be carried out. The job was completed in 2 days instead of 3, I was expecting the roofers to clean and tidy up after the job but they were rushing to get to another job on the Friday because the chap there had had an accident and the cleaning of the conservatory and outside area including 2 black sacks full of rubbish left behind was not undertaken. The high level window cill on the left hand side was damaged where they stood on it with their full weight and boots (this will need to be replaced)I didnt notice it until cleaning all the debris off it on the Friday. I need to see how it performs during the winter months with the radiator on and will be in touch further. Colin Parsons mcmi

Installation team worked hard in very hot conditions 35c + and advised us if they were going to be delayed. Apologised immediately for damage to a light. The bill will be sent shortly of £85 plus VAT as we had a new glass backing made up -cheaper option. We do feel that the end could have been a little tidier but overall excellent and we would not hesitate to reccommend you. the new roof is just what we needed shaded and a lot cooler in the sun,the two workers were a credit to your company, they worked realy hard from early morning till after tea. also the plasterer was a hard worker and did a great job of the ceiling, I would recommend cosy roof
