Carolina Rustica

Like other reviewers, ordering furniture online sight unseen is a little nerve wracking. However, Carolina Rustica has a much better selection than any physical store within a hundred miles from where I live so I decided to give it a try. Caroline was a delight. She was both professional and friendly and very responsive. I was very happy with the ordering process and am looking forward to the delivery. When it comes time for new bedroom furniture, she will be the one I call.

I was looking around at the pricing on my King Hickory Casbah sectional and did locate it at a local furniture store. I then did a search on google and located a Carolina Rustica who had the same sectional. I spoke to Anita and she was able to beat my local store price by $1,400.00. She was very helpful courteous and knowledgeable, I was able to afford the Sectional I wanted and should receive in about 10 weeks. Thanks again Anita for all your help!!

Several months ago, I was in search of a California king size bed. I finally found one…the Humphrey Bogart Leslie’s California King Metal Canopy Bed! I was skeptical about purchasing the bed because I needed a bed that would accommodate my seven-foot tall husband. But, I was lucky enough to get assistance from Anita--SHE WAS AWESOME! I looked at a million bedroom groups and she never grew tired of my complaining, critiquing or whining. She did an awesome job! I felt like I was her only customer. The moment she took my call, I was immediately serviced. The bedroom group was expensive, but I consider it an investment! There's no price too high for comfort. Ultimately, I purchased a sturdy and eloquent piece of furniture. Anita made well-meaning suggestions and even convinced me to purchase the matching nightstands. From the purchase, to the delivery, Anita displayed professionalism to ensure I was satisfied. I was so pleased with her customer service, I called her when it was time to purchase my dining room table... Hooker Juliet Rectangular Dining Table and Juliet Upholstered Side Chairs. Just one call to Anita, and she got to work. She make sure all of the financing was feasible for our budget! Again, I was skeptical about the purchase, but she relayed my anxieties. Thanks Anita for being such a wonderful salesperson!

Bought the Tommy Bahama Island Estate Palm Chair. Completely satisfied with the product and the service by Anita C. Colors of chair body and fabric were as expected and matched our existing decor well. Would use Carolina Rustica again. Thanks.
