Bungalow has awesome properties with amazing customer service and a really unique business model that creates a win win for everyone. I love that homes have the monthly cleaning service and wifi. I also love how competitive thier pricing is and that common areas are furnished! This makes moving around so much easier within cities!

Efficient process, friendly with good communication.

What could have been a very trying experience was just delightful. Everyone was great but especially Carl. Something came up at the very last minute and he worked it out seamlessly. My only issue is once you receive a lease, hold the horses, Betty. You are inundated with emails by the hour. I suspect this was unique to me or a glitch but it became amusing it was so absurd. Other than that just couldn't be a better experience.
