Buffy products and the team are absolute perfection. I purchased the wiggle pillow with one cover and received 2 wiggle pillows on accident! I went and checked my order and saw that I accidentally ordered an extra. . I requested a return and they responded by saying all I needed to do to process the return was donate the pillow and provide a receipt! That right there confirmed my love for this company. I ended up purchasing an extra cover and gifting the pillow to a pregnant friend :-). But when I need some new bedding, I’ll definitely be purchasing from Buffy. Also… can I just say, if you’re on the fence about purchasing the wiggle pillow, just DO IT. My sleep has never been better.

Phenomenal customer service

I was reading an AARP review on cooling pillows. Several brands were reviewed with pros, cons, and pricing. I liked what was written about the Buffy brand pillow. It was the most reasonably priced with no charge until it arrived and you were pleased with it. I ordered it. It was actually less with the site offered discount. I have been sleeping with it for several nights now and I do love it. Soft, fluffy, and it really is cool to the touch. Whether you place your head on it or hug it, it does help you feel cooler. The technology and craftsmanship is superior. I am recommending it to my family and friends.
