Very pleased with our new bed. I assembled it myself, took about 8 hours, and I needed my wife's help for just a few minutes to assemble some of the horizontal pieces. Could have been done quicker with 2 people, but I like projects. It's similar to, but slightly more involved, to build than Ikea furniture. Instructions were detailed and I found it helpful to read through them, in detail, before starting the assembly to understand the process and not get too far ahead of myself. Putting the springs in were a bit of a pain, but watching the youtube videos really helped. I had a few questions and one bad part (washers for the support legs were stuck together). BredaBeds was very responsive and sent the replacement piece very quickly. My wife and I are very pleased and satisfied with the look and extra room our office/gym/guest bedroom has gained. I'm kicking around the idea of putting one in the Master Bedroom. We'll see!

Overall, our experience from ordering to assembly was great. The logistics company who delivered our product was easy to work with, on time, and respectful with the pieces. When it came to assembly, the directions included were good with detailed pictures and videos. Some feedback regarding assembly includes: 1) it would have been nice if there were pre drilled holes for the screws in the various pieces. 2) There was a part where we were asked to use a marker or painters tape, to avoid screw placement on the panel door. We followed the directions, but further explanation of the reason for this would have been helpful. 3) I think mentioning to owners to think about placement on the wall relative to power outlet access post frame placement would be good. We ended up running a power cord out from behind the bed in advance of placement to allow for accessibility. The full assembly took just over 10 hours for us. It looks great and we are excited to start using it in the near future! Thanks again.

This is exactly what we wanted and we're very pleased. Well made, sturdy, time consuming to assemble but rather easy. Only negative is that we paid extra for glossy paint but not all surfaces were painted i.e., the exposed shelves and inner side panels.

My only complaint was in regard to the shipping company. They said delivery would be between 12pm to 4pm. then showed up after 9:30 am (I had scheduled work for 1/2 a day & was home at 11) The office people mentioned the dispatcher (who talked to me) & the person in charge of loading their trucks never synchronize their info. . The person who did deliver our bed had it passed on to him & he got it here before 4:30pm & was very competent & polite. The bed was a bit of a challenge for a couple aged 70 & 68 yrs old, LOL !!! But we did it; my husband is mechanically inclined & I'm physically strong (good thing considering the weight in putting the door/ bed in the slot/hinge. We like it & your design & getting your product to us on time was great. Thank you!!

Pleased with the bed. The packaging and pallet were well done and material arrived without any damage. Shrink wrap and extra cardboard between components, along with separate boxes and individual packaging for bolts and accessories for specific assemblies was appreciated. Good instructions and video made assembly straight forward. Experienced a little difficulty attaching the assembled bed to the frame. The location of several bolts on each spring assembly would not allow use of a socket to tighten and limited access for a open end wrench. Metal parts were fabricated well with a powder coat finish. Good quality, well made and easy to operate. Would reccomend to others and buy again!!!!
