This weighted blanket changed my life! I have been struggling with chronic insomnia for years, as well as severe IC symptoms - it took way too long to figure out that the two worked synergistically to make sure neither went away (I couldn't sleep bc of the IC, but the IC/stress couldn't go away without sleep). I had tried everything but a weighted blanket to improve my sleep, but nothing worked (although I'll say that staying off electronics 1-2 hrs before bed is immensely helpful for a vampire like me). Enter: BEARABY. The moment I first l laid down with this blanket on top, I felt something special occur in my body. I was.... calm, deeply calm. I eagerly awaited bedtime to see if some magic was going to start healing me.... and it was pretty much instantaneous. I was sleeping for the first time in four years... actually FALLING asleep instead of lying awake all night. My IC symptoms have disappeared. I am now that person who travels with her blankie, I can't live without it! I tell everyone to get THIS weighted blanket. The looped design makes it breathable for those who get hot at night, and it's not like other blankets where all the weight gets shifted to one side. I am about 120 lbs and purchased the 15 lb blanket. I imagine the 10 lb blanket would work fine but I personally love the extra weight on me - and my cat loves to snuggle under the covers with it, too. This blanket is 100% worth the investment!!! I love my Bearaby Cotten napper blanket . This is by far the best weighted blanket I have owned- and I’ve owned a variety of brands. My Bearaby has helped my sleep with its well dispersed weight, and cool- open knit style. I think I need the velour one now!

Yes, you should get this! I'm very impressed having been initially skeptical. I've had mine for about 6 months. The 20lb tree napper has noticeably improved my sleep after a few days of adjustment. Now I fold it over to maximize the weight on my body. Even doubled over it feels cool and I still use extra blankets in the winter. I'm glad I made the decision to buy it! Quality construction and materials - it's all fabric, no plastic or glass beads to shift, leak, or make noise. I'm sure the cotton Napper is very good but this one is better!

Worth the investment! I fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly with this napper. Highly recommend!
