These are a fantastic addition to my kids lunch box! No more disposable plastic!!!

I bought these cutting boards and I couldn't be happier, I love them. They are good quality, strong and well made. The undercut is a plus, making it easier to grab one off the counter. Even though it's not required, I'm taking good care of them by handwashing only and oiling them with mineral oil about once a week or so. Yes they get knife marks on them but so what? That just means I'm getting good use out of them! And anyway, ALL cutting boards are going to get knife marks, no matter what they're made of. I got rid of all my plastic cutting boards and have since invested in all wood and bamboo. I call it an investment because what could be more important than the food we eat? What we put in our mouths? I did my research and I feel very confident about this company and that these boards are so much healthier! Now we won't be getting bits of plastic and/or chemicals in our food every time we slice or cut our fruits, vegetables and meats!
