It’s not what you do, it’s the way that you do it!
We’ve all bought stuff online, most of us have had the odd problem too, sometimes getting those problems solved is either hard work or nigh on impossible, costing money, time and goodwill. I had my best ever experience of getting an online purchase glitch fixed with Bakery Bits and tbh I can’t praise them enough for how they handled it. I mailed them with my problem, they replied promptly, a time was set and the incorrect item I’d been supplied with was exchanged on my doorstep. I really can’t think how this could have been resolved in a better way by Bakery Bits, I’m a very happy customer and they have cemented my goodwill with their friendly, helpful attitude and commitment to customer service.
