It came in a box that I opened and let it form to the shape of a normal mattress, and it feels incredibly comfortable to me.

I am surprised how comfortable this bed is for the price. The comfort exceeds my expectations. I am always hesitant to buy something I have never sat/laid on, but this bed is fantastic. Great job, Awara!
