Worst customer service! Avoid this company at any cost
Title: Extremely disappointing experience – avoid this company!
I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. I received a faulty pendant light and reached out immediately. Not only were their responses painfully slow, but after weeks of delays, they had the audacity to suggest I wait another 12 weeks for a replacement part. That’s three months — completely unacceptable for any company claiming to be reputable.
I made it very clear that I no longer needed the replacement, as I was forced to purchase a new light elsewhere due to time constraints and a scheduled electrician. I requested a full refund, which is absolutely reasonable under the circumstances.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they offered a 20% refund and insisted on sending a replacement I no longer want or need. It feels like they are doing everything possible to avoid taking proper responsibility for their poor product and even worse service.
Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to care or resolve it properly.
