Loved the site and how easy it is to customize a book. Would be great if shipping were a little faster, as we had to wait 2 weeks for our copies, but other than that it was a great experience.

I had a really good experience ordering from them. The book was easy to make myself and arranging pictures was so easy. The time it took to actually make the book and ship it wasn’t long at all and shipping only took a few days. After I placed the order I couldn’t remember if I had changed the names on the cover so I emailed customer service to check and tel hey fot back to me really quickly and were able to answer my questions.

I ordered a 60-page wedding album, and I must say, the product is absolutely flawless—truly perfection in every way. I have no complaints regarding the quality whatsoever. However, the price of $725 feels quite steep. While I understand premium products come at a premium price, I do feel that half the cost would have been more reasonable, though I'd still recognize the value. This is offered as constructive feedback. Again, the album itself is beyond exceptional and worth every bit of praise for its quality.
