I ordered a washing machine and dryer from Appliance Connection with an install option and removal of the old machines option. After waiting and waiting for some notification that the company was going to ship the product, I called and was informed that the dryer was back-ordered. They offered that they could ship the washing machine now and ship the dryer at a later date. I explained that that was fine, but I still needed a dryer. They would need to un-stack the old dryer from the old washer and reinstall the dryer side by side to the new washer. They said no problem, we will take care of it. When they arrived to deliver the washing machine, they didn't have any paperwork ordering to install the dryer. Besides that, they installed the washer with the old hoses from the old washer. I then had to hire a plumber to reconnect the old dryer and replace the old hoses with the new hoses. Besides that aggravation, the delivery men bounced the washer up the stairs and damage one of them. Appliance Connection refuses to make good on any of my claims. Because of my past experience, I cancelled the dryer install that I had previously paid for and had my own plumber install the machines. Appliance Connection refuses to refund that as well.
