The chair is very comfortable. I am very glad I made this purchase. I get a stiff/sore back sometimes and the heat function helps a lot. The massage also helps but I really like the heat on sore back muscles while I'm working at the computer all day.

It was delivered damaged and the operator I spoke with was fantastic, the company was unable to replace the damaged piece but gave me a refund of half the purchase price. Aosom is a great company!!

Customer service was prompt with sending replacement pieces, but I didn't receive one of them. Not worth the hassle of reaching back out since I hate the island anyway.
