Great customer service with no pressure. I felt like a valued person not just a "sale"! The Copenhagen Sauna is a great product, love the lighting options, great sound system for music or a podcast. Safely shipped in a crate, collected from the freight agency and home to assemble which took a couple of hours and then time to hop in and enjoy! So easy from start to finish. Top product for affordable dollars!
