This is the best thing I have ever bought for my house. It is maximum cozy without looking slouchy. I'm a bigger person and I love being able to curl up. At the same time, our older family members love that they don't automatically sink into it and they have no trouble getting up. It's seriously the goldilocks of couches. Shipping was fast and the white glove service was, while not particularly necessary, really nice to have.
