They did a great job working one on one with me to make sure I could get the firmness level I wanted with the mattress thickness I wanted. I put this mattress in an RV so it needed to be lightweight, with a custom radius corner, but still be nice and firm like we like it. It all worked out great and we're so happy with it. We felt the price was very fair as well. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future as needed
