Shipping was on the slightly expensive side and we discovered a certain amount of breakage that we could not have exposed when we received the shipment,- the boxes looked fine on the outside so we don’t know why there were broken tiles within. Luckily we had over ordered enough extra tiles and had enough material for our project.

We ultimately had a good experience with the product and service. We had a little trouble getting the bull nose piece for our floor step, due to production issues. But thankfully they had high quality control and wouldn’t ship us a piece until they were happy with the product. What we received worked perfectly.
