I bake granola on the large cookie sheet and it works beautifully. For granola, slightly higher raised edges would be better, but the spacious surface is great. And it washes clean so easily.

I am surprised and pleased with the quality of this pan. I wanted something non-toxic, made in the U. S. , and non-stick. I didn't really think it would work, but when it's heated for a couple minutes, and then lightly greased, this pan IS actually non-stick. I can fry an egg on it and flip it with one hand. (I had to do this to convince my husband it works before he would ditch the scratched non-stick pan he insisted on using. )

I am satisfied with the 6 quart slow cooker. Cooker does not have complicated settings. It passed the test, I cooked beef and it came out moist and juicy. Would purchase again.
