I received my cabinets that were shipped on a pallet and asked additional questions from the customer service number, and received a courtesy call letting me know they can assist me with there free design services. The company knows how to look after their customers. I am a first time buyer, and making investments in your house can be challenging not knowing the quality of products and how they will arrive can be stressful. This was very straightforward, and they have a well designed plan to assist you through any pitfalls you may encounter along the way. Once I get my cabinets installed I want to follow up with pictures, the product is very good quality based on the hardware received and the quality of the cabinet materials. I look forward to working with the company again for my kitchen refresh. Job well done RTA for providing me with the confidence you will deliver on awesome customer service, design support, and most importantly a quality designed and made product.
