On the few occasions I needed to contact customer support, I received almost immediate responses and excellent assistance. The products were also delivered exactly when promised, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I’m very happy with my purchases. The Velto sofa looks good, and both the mattress and topper are comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.
