Havenly Design Package

My sister referred me to Havenly as she has used them multiple times so I thought I would give it a try. The items they picked out were what I was looking for. They listened to what I liked and disliked and helped me accomplish what I needed.

I had the absolute best experience working with my designer, Hannah. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to work with. This was my first time hiring a designer, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made the process so smooth and enjoyable. I had a tricky room to style, and she completely understood my goals and challenges. Hannah took every piece of feedback and worked with me step by step until we got the design exactly right. She listened to my ideas, respected my budget and timeline, and helped me discover my personal style, which I now know is organic modern. She had an amazing sense for what I would like and always provided thoughtful options and alternatives to make sure every detail felt right. Her communication was clear and friendly, and I always felt supported throughout the process. I truly could not have asked for a better designer or a better experience. The final design turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined, and I feel so inspired every time I walk into the room and we’ve only just started implementing the design. This was truly an amazing experience from start to finish!

I had no idea how to decorate my home but with my designer Sarah's help my we found my style and pieces that worked on my home. The 3d images were game changing!

So I was a little skeptical about how this all worked, but once the process started, it was so easy. My designer, Briana Adeleye, did a fantastic job of capturing the look I wanted, but could not pull together myself. I can't say enough of how thrilled I am with what Briana did for me. I also want to give a shout out to Shuntae in Customer Service who went above and beyond to price match and get my order completed and correct. She got me to the finish line - now I just want everything to arrive and set it up. She, like Briana, was always very prompt in getting back to me. I can't thank Briana, Shuntae and the Havenly team enough. I will definitely be a returning customer and encourage anyone reading this review to give the process a chance. Best regards, Allison G. I had decision fatigue and about 15 tabs open on my web browser at all times. It was so helpful to have someone narrow everything down while executing the look. you're going for! Trenton was a delight, he is very knowledgable and well experienced. He is also very kind and easy to work with! I will definitely be using Trenton for other projects later on!
