Fantastic. This is lifesavor for us. Has lessened shoveling snow and making our deck safer.

I’ve had them on my front steps for several years and not sure why it took this long to add them to my back deck!

The team listened to my needs and even had me take photos of where I wanted to use the HeatTraks. They assembled a system that exactly fits the bill, even applied a nice discount. When I had trouble setting up the remote controller they were there once again and provided some perfect advice and the issue was quickly resolved.
