Live plants were insulated and packed with mini ice pack in the summer months. Delicate glass covers came in perfect condition. I finally got my first ada tool and I am not disappointed. There's a reason they cost a lot. . . they are the best. Now I am planning to slowly replace all my tools with an ADA equivalent. It'll take some time do to the cost but they should last a near lifetime.
