I will first say that I returned my mattress because it didn’t solve my nagging back issue. It was an extremely comfy bed other than that. Customer service was the best I have dealt with in a long time. The return was super easy and the refund came very fast. I would highly recommend!

When I received my LUFT mattress all rolled up in a box I will admit, I had reservations. But once we got it out of the box and rolled out and it started to inflate....wow. I was astounded by how well made this thing is! This is not your typical mail order mattress! This is a mattress you might find in a nice hotel. Very luxurious with a strong coil unit and the way it's stitched around the edge makes it so nice to get in and out of. No cording to interfere with the back of your legs. All in all a dream to sleep on. I would suggest getting the firmest version you can as the topping foam is very plush so if you're not a fan of too much foam, go with the firm version.

Originally ordered an all foam 9-inch mattress from a highly advertised competitor and it didn't work out for us. Too thin, hard to fit sheets, no edge support, and overall 4 months of uncomfortable nights tossing and turning. Turned it in, researched more and came across LUFT. This is a much superior product! Very plush and thick, sits higher like we are used to and of excellent quality. Nice and heavy too. After several months I can honestly say this is the bed for us. We have been sleeping great and probably still mention once a week how much we love it! The only thing I would change is that it is on the firmer side of the spectrum. I actually like the firmness, but think a simple memory foam topper on top would make it absolutely perfect. Don't think twice like we did. Order it the first time and ENJOY!

Nearly gave myself a migraine looking for a new mattress! Needed a firm mattress with supportive sides as we like to sit on the edge of our bed & we are bigger people. So many choices out there...but am VERY happy with the Luft Hybrid we ordered. Came FAST & right to our door. The UPS man even offered to take it all the way to the bedroom which was extra thoughtful. The queen size was unpacked by just the two of us but would have taken a third person if it had been a king size. Very pleased after the first couple of weeks. Supportive and just right. No gassing-off odors and quick to set up for sleeping that first night. A side not is that it is a Symbol mattress on the tag which is the exact brand mattress we were replacing. Could hardly believe it...what are the chances?! This one is thicker and firmer in comparison. The other was 15 years old and still a nice mattress so I sold it to a family who were happy to have it for their younger kids. Am very pleased with our choice.

Bought a different mattress that was foam only from amazon and returned it for a hybrid from loft. Feels soft, yet supportive. We’re recommending them to our friends and bought a second for a guest room.
