Great oven for great pizzas
Really pleased with our oven so far. We use it as a wood burning oven only. Have made some great pizzas, just need to get the hang of getting the oven up to temperature quickly and then keeping it up to temperature.

Replacement oven
This was a replacement oven and overall seems better. It still took about 40 minutes to heat up and didn’t reach optimal temperature. It does take a lot of wood to keep up the temperature. As we have only tried it once it really needs further use before commenting further.
