I ordered a lamp back in March and never heard anything from the company. I’ve had to follow up three times to check on my order. It would have been nice to have received some kind of update or communication in light of the extreme delay in the product being produced/shipped.

I purchased a $5,000 chair from you a month + ago and you still haven't updated my online account. Albeit I've called to confirm the order 2x and to explain this still isn't updated, it's still not registered to my account. Somewhat frustrated. All this connectivity and no follow through.

The worst retail experience I have ever had. I first arranged for my order of outdoor furniture in December 2021, have made inquiries every month or so to figure out some kind timetable, and now approaching August 2022, have still not received anything, let alone a courteous or efficient explanation.
