I was very impressed with customer service. Ernest assisted me through the process of confirming the stove part that I needed. I was unable to find this part available at other stove parts companies. Ernest went the extra mile for me to solve my problem. This company had my part in stock and shipped it out to me right away. I installed it and it fit and worked properly. I ordered a replacement piece for my Heatilator fireplace. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. The team at MountainView was amazing. After providing pictures of the damage & packaging, they sent me a new piece, free of charge. Excellent customer service. And we're having fires again!

The glass came as advertised with gasket already on. The shipping was fantastic. I would recommend this ompany and my self will buy from them if I need another item.
