I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. When I ordered the bench, which is normally purchased along side a table, they contacted me because the size of the bench would not fit beneath the table. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of thier way to make it right.

Love my bed! Also I appreciated the partial refund offered when my bed was delayed.

So pleased with our dining room set. Quality is great and the customer service (two chairs arrived with some flaws following shipping) was top-notch. Great communication.
