When the package was delayed at Canadian customs, their team stayed on top of the situation, handled all the necessary follow-ups, and made sure everything was resolved until I received it. I never felt forgotten or ignored.
This kind of service is rare these days. I am very grateful and extremely satisfied with Hurom. Truly a company that cares about its customers!
