Everything came beautifully packaged and I love that their samples come in 2ml. There was a slight hiccup in my order but it was resolved so quickly and efficiently it barely registered. I had enough scents to keep me entertained while they others arrived. Highly recommend 10/10!! They also offer an amazing selection of Mith which is a house I was so excited to try for their tea fragrances. I’ll be picking up a full bottle (or2 :)

I had ordered a fragrance in April that was supposed to include an extra 7. 5oz “gift” of that same frag. The gift was out of stock so I was sent something else I did not like. I was assured that once back in stock, I would be sent the original gift frag. Zgo kept their word and without any reminders or prompting, I received my gift in early July, I will remain a happy customer with ZGO ! Customer service is untouchable!
