I am also using the Digestive Enzyme complex which again I found great to use, really works with aiding the digestive process as I have an issue with producing enzyme's , this is the Frist product that I found that really helps and I have tried a lot of products. I also ordered liposomal Vit C & Zinc & Vit B Complex love this too , easy to take and does not need to be taken with food which is a bonus.
