can’t wait to try my new extensions

I don't know why you guys think I received these extensions because you sent me an email saying they are part of a pre-order and I'm not receiving them till February. I've been trying to contact your company saying I can't wait till February and would like to take Posted on my email of upgrading to a longer size with the same color. But I get no response from anybody just the same email sent to me over and over saying about the pre-order so I'm assuming that there is no really changing my order it's just a big fake promotion saying that I could upgrade. I think it's just a machine. Send out the usual comment when they're having a problem with an order. . Sad that nobody will respond back😳

It says that my extensions have been sent but I haven’t gotten them. I’ve waited well past the day that they were delivered

Excellent service. I had lots of questions about the order which were answered efficiently and friendly. Previous orders have been great quality. Very happy with service and products.
