Recently ordered a set of irons which turned up I’m bashed up packaging. Literally sent pictures upon receipt and within 24 hours a new set were being despatched! Absolutely fantastic customer services, really cannot fault them at all!

Purchased this for my daughters birthday next week, she’s been mithering for it for months so can’t comment on its use as yet. I’m sure it will be good.

I must have watched all the videos that popped up on Facebook, the tutorials on YouTube and read the reviews for a good year or two before I took the plunge and purchased these. I thought it would be yet another curling product that I would fail at and would end up a costly mistake sat on my drawer....why did I wait so long! For the first time in my 38 years I can curl my own hair with ease!! I would recommend you watch the tutorials, set up a 1:1 session if required (I didn’t need to) and draw the lines on the mirror...it really does help! For anyone like me who has procrastinated, you won’t regret it!!

I have been eyeing this iron since before the pro but couldn’t bring myself to spend that amount of money on an iron. HOWEVER I finally thought what the heck and took the plunge straight for the pro. I deserve it after all. And yes I do !!! Oh my gosh what a surprise ! I’m awestruck with every curl. I struggle with oily hair so have to wash it a lot. This iron has literally changed my life. With all the really helpful videos from the team I now only wash my hair twice a week. Takes some getting used to but easy to master. Thank you SO Tyne Iron much for superawesometastic revolutionary curling iron that straightens as well. I mean; this is a MUCH have for every woman !!!! It won’t disappoint.

Being left handed had to learn to hold iron in right hand but have managed it! Had ordered previously the original irons that had no adjustable settings and they made my natural white hair yellow! So had to send them back! These are much better as can control the heat! Can recommend these, they are good quality!
