Defective

After using 7 times, it stopped working. I have been trying to contact customer service via email/chat/instagram for 20 days. I only received an auto response stating it was being passed on to the relevant team to resolve the issue. Absolutely unacceptable for a company to ignore customers, especially when they have spent hundreds of dollars on a faulty product. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY purchase through Medicube at least then you will have a warranty

Stylevana customer support

I purchased this product with high hopes, but unfortunately, it stopped working after just a couple of weeks. While the product itself was initially promising, the real disappointment came from the Stylevana customer service. Despite sending several messages over the past month, I have yet to receive any response. This lack of support has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling quite dissatisfied with my purchase. I hope the company can improve its customer service to better assist its clients in the future and I don´t recommend buying from Stylevana.

Device isn’t working. Stylevana are not responding

UK Buyer. Bought the device and used it twice. I was suspicious about the price considering all other reputable companies that sell this device in the UK sell it for way more especially the pink edition. On the second use, I saw it still had some battery and wanted to charge it so that it would be fully charged. Used the cable supplied and the device went black / blank. It stopped working, doesn’t respond or charge. I contacted medicube themselves and they tried to help me with different cables etc however when they found out it was from Stylevana they said they couldn’t help me anymore and had to speak with Stylevana. I sent an email to Stylevana and asked for help. They replied once asking for photos and videos which I have sent (same ones I sent to Medicube themselves) and Stylevana have been ignoring my emails ever since. I am left with a faulty device, no communication and lost more than £100 buying this device. Buy at your own risk.
